The Best Part of Waking Up

Yeah, I know we did breakfast once already ... but who cares.

Breakfast is good!

So let's have breakfast again this week.

After all, it's the most important meal of the day.

Spuds

Baked Potatoes.

You know what I'm talking about.

A nice tender spud stuffed with butter

and cheese

and sour cream

and green onions

and bacon bits

and barbecue

and barbecue sauce.

Well, that's what we're having for HOPE group.

Assuming you bring those things that go in the potatoes.

Heather and Ashley will make the potatoes and some barbecue, but we'll need all that other stuff ... and whatever else you want on your potato.

See you tomorrow.

Never Ending Pasta Bowl

We're finally meeting again for HOPE group!

And for our meal, we're going to have pasta.
But here's what we'll do.

The Hendricks will make various noodles ... spaghetti, penne, & rotini.
(In English that is ... long skinny ones, little tube shaped ones, & spiral ones)

You need to make some sauce.
Here are some ideas:

Spaghetti sauce
Alfredo sauce
Marinara sauce
Tetrazzini

Or any other ideas you have for things to put on top of noodles.

We could also use some bread.
And I guess someone could bring salad if you just have to.

So get creative with the sauces and let's go all "Olive Garden" on each other this week.

Relationship Week

It's Relationship Week!

Let's meet here, at the house at 6.

Then, let's walk down to Sandstone Park and eat pizza while the kids play.

After that, we'll come back to the house and play Rock Band AND do some...

EAR CANDLING!

How weird and fun.

I am trying to get in touch with GNC to find out if they have them and how much they cost.

I'll post the information later today.

We need people to bring pizza and dessert.

Only three people should bring dessert...and it would probably make more sense for the singles to do the dessert.

Let's let the families and couples do the pizza.

See you on Wednesday!

Come with food and dirty ears.

Awesome!

The first meal of the day ... only not

Let's do breakfast.
Isn't it wierd that breakfast food is good any time of day, but other foods aren't good for breakfast?
I mean, eggs and bacon are just as good at 7:00 p.m. as they are at 7:00 a.m.
But that's not true for other things ... like chili.

Please feel free to bring a breakfast item of your choosing.
Below are some ideas if you are having trouble thinking of something:

bagels with cream cheese
biscuits with jelly or gravy
danish/donuts/cinnamon rolls
english muffins with jelly
muffins
egg casserole
quiche
omeletes
scrambled eggs
bacon
sausage (patty or link)
grits
hash browns
fruit of any kind
orange juice
apple juice
milk
coffee

Post a comment to let everyone know what you're bringing.

See you at HOPE group.
